Emmeline was fine this morning but got another migraine & sickness this afternoon. Sent her surgeon an email who said if she gets another this weekend I'm to take her to A&E. He made an appointment for us to see him at 8h15 on Monday. Thank you, sorry I can't reply to you all ❤

Morning all. Emmeline was awake for the procedure yesterday & it was excruciatingly painful. Despite telling me she was extremely scared, I'm in awe of my 17yo. Her fortitude & resilience to quietly cope is an example for me. I didn't even drive here that calm.

@MartinLennon @Silver6pence I mean (help me out here, Mr L, it was a while back), what with the impromptu guided tour, then the chat up in his wee personal studio...an hour and a half or more..? That was...ridiculous, when I think about it. 🙂

Back in the late 1990s, Mr Gabriel was unfathomably generous, and gave a scruffy ceilidh band a personal guided tour of Real World studios when we pitched up, unannounced, one evening. Quite an incredible experience, frankly. Eh, @MartinLennon..? #music #Celebrities

The oddest part (for us) was that this was in the period after "Secret World", when he was "relaxing" his image, so at first it just looked like a balding, tiny bit tubby, middle-aged man in glasses was walking towards us ...(tbf, it was dark, too)

Saturday question - are / were there any major musicians who aren't, or weren't at some point, at least a bit of a twat..? Might be quite a brief list. eg from classical music, Beethoven - twat, Mozart - twat, Bach - maybe not?, Tchaikovsky - twat... Un-twatty rock stars..???
