We are SO proud of our Y4 pupils who have had the most amazing time on their first Residential this week!

I’ve done a fast ten in picture one upon entry to a maths lesson for years to build fluency. This class don’t seem to be picking it up as quickly as past ones, so mon-wed I’ve been doing it as in picture 2 and then taking the scaffolds away thurs-fri. HUGE improvement already!

@ElementsSchool Makaton Club today we practised our animal signs with a game of Farmyard Lotto then learned some colours - we can say "my favourite colour is..." with signs 👏 #makaton #worldchangers

When a kid from another class turns up with a completely blank piece of paper cos their teacher just needed to give them a two minute break and you have to pretend it’s a riveting piece of important literature.
