The permitting process for home building is still painfully manual.
For subdivision planning, builders and developers test housing footprints against lots one-by-one - manually rotating plans, checking setbacks and frontage constraints, and making sure garages and driveways actually work with the road layout.
So I built a Revit tool at @DraftedAI that automatically:
→ matches viable footprints to lots
→ validates setbacks and frontage constraints
→ aligns garage and driveway orientation
→ generates lot/plan views ready for permitting
Generating PDFs for an entire development used to take a couple of days. With this tool, ~30 minutes.
