@CrimeGirI @BlueEdition999 @ASPD9 Doesn't the new Nationality & Borders Act 2022 make it illegal to enter without a visa? Albeit impracticable to enforce.

Have read an interpretation on righttoremain.org.uk where they feel it does work against those entering UK without a visa.

@RestIsPolitics @campbellclaret @RoryStewartUK You briefly mentioned the argument of France being a safe country, with the implication that refugees should not need to apply for asylum here once reaching France. Could you revisit why some hold this view, as well as your own view?

@RestIsPolitics Love the podcast. Personally I don't agree with government plan to send people to Rwanda. Often hear government argument that people should not seek asylum once reaching France because it's a safe country. I don't understand this argument.
