One-two punch! Defendants were still reeling from the recent decision in Tims v. Black Horse Carriers when the Ill. Sup. Ct. ruled today that #BIPA claims accrue each time data is unlawfully collected and disclosed rather than simply the first time. Ouch! bit.ly/411JR0F
