TRUMP IS WRONG ON THIS ONE.
President Trump said Israel does not need to “knock down an apartment house every time you’re looking for somebody.”
But that line ignores the reality of the war Israel is actually fighting.
Israel is not fighting a conventional army lined up on an open battlefield.
It is fighting terrorist armies embedded inside civilian areas, operating from apartment buildings, neighborhoods, villages, mosques, schools, tunnels, and homes.
That is not an accident.
That is the strategy.
Terrorist organizations do not hide among civilians because they care about civilians.
They hide among civilians because they know the world will blame the democracy that responds.
If the new rule is that terrorists receive immunity the moment they operate from inside a civilian structure, then no Western nation will be able to defend itself against asymmetric warfare.
Any terrorist group could use the same playbook:
✔️Hide behind civilians.
✔️Fire from civilian areas.
✔️Store weapons in civilian neighborhoods.
✔️Build command centers under homes.
Then wait for the world to tell the country under attack: “You are not allowed to strike there.”

British Shi'ite scholar Mustafa Masood said in a lecture at the Hyderi Islamic Centre in Croydon, London: Being a martyr for the sake of Allah on the battlefield is a higher form of martyrdom than being killed by an F-35 airstrike. He added that martyrs on the battlefield give life to the Islamic nation with their blood. This is being preached openly in London, glorifying violent jihad and death for Allah. How much longer will Britain allow this kind of ideology to spread in its mosques?
