Our Wiltshire Council Children in Care Council Ambassador for sports was running the 5000m in Los Angeles against a world class field yesterday. She ran a huge PB of 15:03.51, which is well inside the Olympic standard of 15:10.00. Well done @youngverit21

My mum died suddenly last week. We found out today the cause was the same thing that nearly killed her when I was just 12. The NHS saved her life then, and tried to again this time. I'll be forever grateful they gave us 27 more years as she was the absolute best 💜 @NHSMillion
