@CsaTw11 Can you PLEASE ensure there is NO PARKING in Harlequin Rd this year? It was chaos last year. Emergency acces would have been impossible.

@MPSTeddington Last time, about 4 wks ago, attempted theft of bike from 1st floor balcony. Were caught in act & fled rapidly. 7 - 8 teens on bikes or foot.
