@MarvTraining @MarvTraining @TJHannam10 So does the dimple ball move differently compared to the original ? From what it’s saying, if you have machine set to a hanging slider, the dimple ball will bite more and go down/ away off the plate ? And if set to FB, the dimple has more carry ?

Kickstand Swings/Open 45 -In previous sessions, hitter would want to push or lose his back leg. -Isolate loading around back leg and turning behind the baseball -Love doing it off machine because most hitters get jumpy off it. -Marv Balls for extra challenge
