@beezersandottbs Lol, see, I see the purpose for some people, but I can barely get marvel to trot faster than a jog right now because of his navicular so between trying to get him to move out, and trying to post bigger to get a longer stride, I felt like I was freaking glued to the saddle😂

@MarvelEquest I love my silicone full seats😔 I need to be sticking when my horse is doing crazy shit underneath me😂

Why are all the cheap breeches on Amazon full silicone seat breeches??? How does anyone post in those. I got a pair and returned them bc I could barely get out of the freaking saddle

Marvel has navicular, my dog is epileptic, I’m chronically ill w/ no diagnosis & still in process of getting a tooth implant, I’m being evicted from my house&have nowhere to go yet. I’m about to be unemployed& I’ve been through two failed relationships in the last year& a half 🤪

Hey so anyone who has dealt with navicular can you message me with how you managed it?

Hey so as a chronically ill person at what point do I listen to my body and not complete my goals or push through like how am I suppose to know

My horse has been lame for almost a year. There’s no one thing to point at&say “it’s that” so what should I have the vet look for when they’re out?? He’s short at the trot/broncs at the canter, but sometimes moves okay in the round pen. He’s not obviously off at the walk

@beezersandottbs I’ve taken some in the past but he’s gotten worse and I haven’t gotten one recently. I can dm you what I have

@beezersandottbs I’ll mention that to the vet. The issue is I don’t know where isn’t coming from in the body at all, it’s not one leg more than the other so not sure what leg they’d even block

@MarvelEquest When we have a ??? Lameness our vets block (enough for like an hour or two) the foot then lameness check then move up from there to figure out where the lameness is coming from before rads

@mcneillrach I’m not sure of any performance horse vets in my area. Our farms vet retired so I’m looking for a new one at this point. He has had issues in his hind end but recently two different chiros didn’t seem concerned about the back end

@MarvelEquest The broncing at the canter makes me think SI but if you’ve done a bunch of things I also would wonder about his neck. Really though I would have a performance horse vet that’s really good with lameness do a full lameness exam and see what comes up

@beezersandottbs I haven’t! He hasn’t seen a vet at all so having on out now. I was hoping it would get better with time off and body work since he wasn’t straight up lame but it hasn’t

@MarvelEquest Have you had him blocked to figure out where the pain is localized?
