Parents disparaging the other parent to their children is unfortunately common. When a child hears negative comments about a parent, they can internalize it as that parent not caring, rather than a conflict between adults. #Parenting #FamilyLaw

@j3nnyb00m Thank you, Jennie. It was my mother’s name. Growing up, I didn’t fully appreciate my parents’ Old World values but now, I am grateful that they taught me dignity and respect. Most importantly, self respect as a woman.

@BoozeyBeauty I still wonder why JOK asked if Kevin Albert was going to be at 34 Fairview.

As expected, Canton Police Chief Ken Berkowitz and Detective Kevin Albert appear to have been far more involved in the framing of Karen Read for the murder of John O’Keefe than the public was initially led to believe. Back in 2024, when I began digging deeper into this case, I noticed a consistent pattern: their names were constantly being protected and shielded from scrutiny. Individuals such as Canton town administrator Charlie Doody openly insisted that Berkowitz not be discussed at all, claiming it was necessary to “respect the dead and his family.” In behavioral and linguistic analysis, distancing or avoidance around a specific topic can often signal discomfort, sensitivity, or knowledge that someone is unwilling to openly discuss. Frequently, it suggests there is more beneath the surface than what is being acknowledged publicly. Even after the revelations involving fired state trooper Michael Proctor and Kevin Albert’s drinking incident, the independent auditors investigating Canton Police conspicuously avoided naming Albert in their report and presentation. Despite the fact that Albert was disciplined, his name was omitted entirely (even when residents directly pressed for answers during the town’s police audit meeting.) Remember, this was an officer who openly laughed about losing his badge and weapon. For years, I’ve received tips and information regarding Canton PD, and two names have repeatedly surfaced over and over again: Berkowitz and Albert. Rumors of self-dispatching, private meetings, connections to key individuals, and other concerning allegations have consistently followed them. These newly surfaced phone logs between Berkowitz and Albert from January 29, 2022, tell a much larger story. They show these men were nowhere near as hands-off as the public was previously told.

The lack of humanity in that decision was shocking. I think we all wanted to give you a big hug that day. There is too much discretion vested in one person with very little recourse for a defendant to undo the harm inflicted on them. I hope your lawyers have filed a complaint. Healing is a process. Stay strong one day at a time. Cherish your sweet baby boy. 💜

There was a call from Jen to Nicole at 5:07 AM on January 29 that lasted 38 seconds. The call connected but it’s not clear if anyone spoke. If there was a conversation, then someone was awake. So, it seems odd that just after 6 AM, the homeowners didn’t hear or see the flashing lights of police cars, fire truck and ambulance not far from their bedroom window.

One of the biggest problems with this case has always been that the public gets shown pieces separately. A text here. A phone call there. A police movement somewhere else. But once you start COMBINING…the day starts looking very different. Here’s what the communication timeline actually starts looking like when layered together chronologically. 2:22:35 AM Brian Albert calls Brian Higgins For 1 second 2:22:52 AM Brian Higgins immediately calls Brian Albert backfor 22 seconds Meanwhile Jen McCabe’s phone records show repeated calls to John O’Keefe deleted calls, unanswered calls, outgoing attempts, internet activity, Including the now heavily scrutinized: 2:27:40 AM “how long to die in cold” 6:03 AM Jen arrives at 34 Fairview Then a rapid sequence begins 6:03–6:24 AM Calls to Nicole Albert Calls involving Brian Albert, Police arrival activity, Additional internet searches involving “die in cold” 7:20:18 AM Brian Albert calls Brian Higgins 1 minute 56 seconds 7:22:24 AM Brian Higgins calls Chief Ken Berkowitz 3 minutes 30 seconds 7:30:31 AM Brian Higgins calls Brian Albert 5 minutes 47 seconds 7:57:42 AM Brian Albert calls Brian Higgins 12 minutes 33 seconds That is now multiple calls, extended duration between witness/homeowner, federal agent, and police chief all within a short morning window This is BEFORE the public narrative stabilizes, formal reports are finalized, extensive witness statements are completed 11:30 AM Proctor and Yuri interview McCabe's and Brian Albert Then immediately at 11:30:22 AM Brian Albert calls Jen For 1 minute 31 seconds The communication continues DURING the investigative phase. 12:20 PM Jen calls Brian who was just at her house 2:00 PM Brian Albert calls Kevin Albert for 8 min 3:10 Brian Higgins calls Kevin Albert for 12 min 3:24 PM Brian Albert calls Higgins for 6 min 6:12 PM Brian albert calls Higgins for 1 minute 6:16 PM Berky calls Higgins for 5 min 6:35 PM Brian Albert calls Higgins for 10 min 6:45 PM Brian Albert calls Kevin Albert for 16 min 6:48 PM Berky calls Higgins for 4 min 7:54 PM Jen to Nicole Albert “Kerry talked to the cops. and kept it simple” 7:56 PM Nicole Albert responds “okay try and get some sleep talk tomorrow” 7:57 PM Jen “any update” 7:57 PM Nicole Albert “we'll get more info tomorrow don't want to text about it” SUNDAY JANUARY 30, 2022 12:19 PM Kevin Albert to Brian Higgins (17:21) 12:52 PM Chief Ken Berkowitz to Brian Higgins (9:46) 1:06 PM Brian Albert to Chief Ken Berkowitz (16:46) Cell phone location data revealed that Jen McCabe spent roughly 45 minutes to an hour on January 30 at the private residence of Canton Police Lieutenant Michael Lank. Kerry Roberts and Lank’s wife were also allegedly present. TUESDAY FEBRUARY 1, 2022 In a family group chat involving Jen McCabe Matt McCabe Brian Albert Nicole Albert 12:51 PM Brian Albert “Julie said Channel 4 is in DE” 1:04 PM Matt McCabe “Ask Chris to ask some questions. Tell them the guy never went into the house.” 1:13 PM During Kerry Roberts’ formal interview with Proctor Jen McCabe texts “She is telling him EVERYTHING!!” 1:16 PM Matt McCabe “yep. If she pleads out, it will end. If she fights it, it will be an episode.” 1:34 p.m. Matt McCabe texts the group chat: "Troopers back out front, but in front of asian house. And looks like more has been dug up there or at least looks like it". 1:48 PM Berky calls Brian Albert for 8 min Viewed individually, any one text may be explained away. But when organized chronologically across multiple days alongside the known phone calls and investigative activity, people can better understand why these communications continue drawing scrutiny.

@ddeli2024 @Elizabe34310453 @chloeinvermont Back in the day on public transportation, if someone “bumped” into me, I didn’t call the cops. I handled it myself with an accidental knee or elbow jab. And then, oh, I’m so sorry. 🤣

@j3nnyb00m ANYTHING she says WILL be twisted & used against her… During litigation that’s a big risk. Sounds like maybe they reassessed their risk to focus on what’s more important - the court outcome 🤷‍♀️

@bostonherald The system could benefit from reform. Whether it’s reconsideration of appointed vs. elected judges, lifetime position, immunity, and the method for removal of a judge from the bench.

They simply may have had second thoughts after thinking about it more carefully. So much of what Karen said was presented out of context during the trial by the prosecution. And I’m sure they saw what was happening on X. Maybe they didn’t want to become fodder for content or feed trolls.

When you find out a family member is a good friend of #karenread you attempt to get the scoop. This is not an acquaintance. I have seen texts, personal pictures. They are tight. ✅️ @Nickyhaircuts is only around still because Mr. & Mrs. Read like him. ✅️ The Read Files is not launching anytime soon, per Alan. ✅️ Karen and co. all think Nick is attention seeking, and they do not consider him a close friend. ✅️ Karen watches everything on social media and handles it as she did her case. Part two of the dirt with him and his cousin soon to be announced, once I have fully vetted the story. Stay tuned..

Michael Easter wasn’t allowed to testify. There were voir dires of legit defense experts while the prosecution’s bit & bytes expert (who had been going to college for years) was allowed. The disparate treatment was so obvious. Even with the advantage the prosecution had, the CW could not meet the burden of proof because the investigation was fundamentally flawed. And every day that goes by, the FOIA documents lay bare the truth.

I say this in general. If your support for Karen is conditional on your loyalty to a content creator, then maybe you need to re-think who and what you are really supporting. Is it Karen Read or is it the content creator? Is it justice or friendship? I support Karen for Karen because she is in a David vs. Goliath battle with the criminal justice system. As a resident of Norfolk County, I am not going to bite my nose to spite my face because of personal rivalries, resentment, and drama. There is too much at stake.

These absolute momos. They believe she's innocent, know she was railroaded, are against corruption, know she's been through two trials unjustly, lost everything she ever owned, but most of all she was framed and she's innocent....but, because of what this person is trying to insinuate, per Britt, she's just giving up on Karen. Are you fucking serious? It's like if you are a part of a gofundme for a senior citizen that needs expensive treatment but you decided to stop donating, not because you don't care about the senior, not because you know she may die, but because a server you hate from your favorite restaurant is getting involved with the fundraising. That has got to be either the stupidest reason or she never ever supported her...I believe it's the second reason. Britt just admitted she's not all there in the head without saying it.
Britt Happens@BrittHapp3ns

I took a break from donating to Karen when I started hearing statements to the tune of “we don’t want your money if you also support _______.” “You shouldn’t be involved if you’re not from Massachusetts.” And things of that nature. I don’t recall whether it was specifically him or someone else who said those things, but he at least was part of the panel in which that dialogue was in full swing.
