No jet is invisible. Not to radar, and definitely not to the many other systems designed to detect a (flying) object.
What these jets do is reduce how visible they are.
Stealth shaping (no sharp corners or vertical surfaces) deflects radar away,
radar absorbing materials reduce the return signal, and even the engine design (hiding the engine fan etc) helps limit heat and exposure. However, make no mistake, they can still be detected. The difference is timing.
By the time you see them, it may already be too late to do anything about it.
It’s like driving with full headlights versus low lights. One is obvious from far away, the other you notice much later.
Everything that works is science and application, no magic.
Again, I am sure the military that uses them knows they are not invisible, because mission planning is a core component of the stealth strategy. They plan routes and timing for when the other side would be most surprised.

All that carefully sculpted stealth geometry, and the bloody thing glows like a kettle. The heat signature data Iran now holds is not just embarrassing. It is a gift that keeps giving. To Moscow. To Beijing. To every procurement ministry on the planet that has been quietly wondering whether to spend the money on systems designed to kill this aircraft. The answer, as of this week, is yes. And here is the bit that should really worry the Pentagon. You can patch software. You can redesign coatings. You cannot reprogramme a pilot’s brain. Every F-35 driver who takes off from here on knows, actually knows, that someone down there might be able to see them. That changes everything about how they fly. Caution replaces aggression.
