Stakeholder Consultative Workshop on the Non-Individual Register This morning, URSB engaged key stakeholders from Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies at the Uganda Business Facilitation Centre (UBFC) as part of ongoing efforts to operationalize the Non-Individual Register. The consultative workshop brings together technical teams to review and refine the draft regulations that will guide the implementation of the Register, ensuring it is robust, transparent, and responsive to national needs. We appreciate the invaluable input from our partners as we move closer to making the Non-Individual Register fully operational.

URSB participated in the launch of the National ICT IP Guidelines Workshop at Muni University, in collaboration with @MoICT_Ug and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA),@jica_direct_en . The event focused on engaging participants in discussions about IP ownership, contract negotiation, commercialization strategies, and managing intellectual property in university research.
