- monasteries
-single sex public schools
- some Hindu & Amish gatherings
- London’s men’s clubs (eg White’s, Boodle’s, the Travellers

@Mr_Sal_ Church services poorly attended, churches being sold off, and the very un-Christian way many behave doesn’t make it feel like a very Christian country. Plus, not sure Jesus would’ve backed the chocolate egg sale in his memory! Get a grip.

Britain has been a Christian nation for over 1,400 years. Through wars, plagues, and countless kings, Easter has always been celebrated. Yet now, Cadbury won’t even use the word ‘Easter’ on their eggs. When did celebrating British traditions become controversial?

I want to say that as a UK citizen I do not find the Eid festivities and public prayer in any way disturbing. I find any suggestion that they are disturbing to be very offensive and un-British.
