@Jimhancox1 He appeals to the High Court. I think he has 28 days, but of course he needs to fund that. Up to now his medical liability, insurance and medical union has paid for it so far I believe. Time for the Empire to get some small change out from the back of the sofa haha! 😂

@Maeda_I_W @SSbike 28 days expires next Thursday or Friday as time runs from service of outcome letter. Appeal is as of right - rejection would only happen after full High Court hearing.

He was called as a witness by GMC and cross-examined by the prosecution & defence!
Nobody is going to discuss anything in public, not until they know if Freeman's appeal is rejected (28 days is up today iirc).

@StJoesBelfast @The_AmericanBar My grandfather and then my uncle owned what is now McKenna's from the 1920s to the 1970s. Fond memories of it - was called O'Rourke. My grandfather died on Christmas Eve 1949 having worked a shift in the pub.

@StJoesBelfast My grandfather came to Belfast from Westmeath in around 1908. He opened a pub on the corner of Garmoyle Street and Dock Street. The family sold it in 1980. Would really love to hear from anyone with any photos of it which I can buy.

@GlenCottingley No laptop data lost - no one has identified any! No charges at time anticipated where phone texts would be relevant! Lots of people get new phones and don't copy texts.

Freeman has said he was bullied and that he still feels intimidated by Sutton but Freeman got rid of his phone and all that data. If you genuinely felt bullied wouldn’t you keep hold of the data? (And if you thought you were innocent you’d not “lose” 5 laptops worth of data too!)
