@ArjaSateesh @MedEdChat #mededchat T1 I think a lot of PDs will use step 2 and class rank as their their initial metrics. If I had my druthers, we'd be able to measure how well someone does in a clinical workplace, but I don't think any school has built that mousetrap well!
