It's quite wierd that ziidi trader themselves have no X handle where agrieved traders can air their issues. One is firced to call saf customer care who seem clueless

@SafaricomPLC Check those 3 transactions on 30rth march. Sold a total of 6k shares( 3 transactions of 2k each.) You quietly reversed money for 4k shares. Why?
The question is why

@SafaricomPLC @DonKNVB I sold 6k shares in transactions of 2k each. I received money on mpesa. Ziidi reversed money for 4k shares. My ziidi account is less 6k shares yet i received payment for only 2k shares. Since 30th march saf customer care ain't helping

@AnyunguWanyungu Hi Anyungu. It is not mandatory for your Safaricom SIM to be on slot 1. To successfully log in to My OneApp for the first time, set your Safaricom SIM Card as the default mobile data SIM. You can temporarily disable dual SIM mode, complete the login, then re-enable it. ^KB
