This is Fairfax County, VA police bodycam from Feb 23, 2026. 54-year-old Chhatra Thapa stabbed his wife Binda (52) and daughter Mamta to death, then attacked his son-in-law with a knife/cleaver. Officers arrived on a domestic call, found him actively stabbing the son-in-law, ordered him to drop the weapon—he refused, so they shot and killed him. Motive unknown; he had a history of mental health issues. A 1-year-old baby was present but unharmed.
