Relations & Networks such as ones that were made to have a purpose for something, has the potential to be ironic.
Like for example the seemingly less likely person for having a discussion actually is very insightful, and vice versa in opposite. There's never really a guarantee that you'll get what you want, and it may not fit well in the way that you hope it fits.
Did I say this already? I don't know, I just speak from my deductive thinking.
But anyways. This is because to emphasize some meaningful purpose is to have it backfire on yourself. The only real way to have point A get to point B is for it to be meaningless, because there isn't really any expectation, just interaction. Even if you call it a name, and you have a reason to have the interaction, and you may hope something to happen out of it, it doesn't really have a point. This is because it is fallible, to understand that you don't know is to get exactly what you want; your interaction was not pushed anywhere, you're at the same spot you were when you interacted, and what might've turned into a slingshot just turned into nothing.
The best way to avoid the fear of disappointment is to have boundaries. Boundaries are what keep most of your thinking hidden, and the biggest mistake an Individual could make is if they loosen it too early. Your interaction may have ended on bad terms because of that, where you realize that once you look behind their boundary, they aren't what they seem to be.
I'm not saying to speculate, I'm saying keep your guard up. Don't assume straight away, approach like you don't know or trust the person. Of course, easy for me to say, as the person who willingly trusts in an explicit manner.

@cornfish_yippee @KILLME_INEEDDIE @Tubbies_Confess No but actually it says a lot. If it was a big stable, then that means there was a time when farmers ruled the internet, and they incorporated their understandings into the internet culture.
That's why it's a big stable, the internet was ruled by farmers & we were horses.
