@KatieJaneOfford We had a T30 (continuous swim for 30 minutes) and one of the older boys did it as fly.

1/2 I asked my Friday squad to self direct their training today. Basic structure - 400s or 800s: swim them however they wanted to. Each rep had to have a specific focus. Invited them to challenge themselves. I wasn’t quite expecting a long course 800 fly with no fins 🙌
