Clayton's interesting story is unlike anything I have read before. The concept of weighing your heart to find out whom you love the most. Although this would be valuable info, it also caused unsure feelings and conflict. #XUengl20510

The way imagery and meaning are portrayed in this book through examples such as the blue watercolor, the yellow shirt of Will, and countless other things add so much more to the message. Makes the book intriguing and allows me to go into deeper thought. #XUengl20510

Overall, TWYMMF has been able to divert itself from the Asian American stereotypes that the culture possesses. In spite of the Model Minority Myth and Cultural Misrepresentation, Maurene Goo did an amazing job of creating her OWN story through the lens of Clara #XUengl20510
