Spotify introduces verified artist badges on profile pages, helping users distinguish real artists from AI-generated

@danpatlingraojr It’s a new feature and Spotify hasn’t gotten to every artist yet. Also you have to have 10k monthly listeners minimum to get the check mark

Out of curiosity, I checked a few artists on Spotify and was surprised to see they don't have the 'Verified by Spotify' label. Does this mean they used AI to create their music, or does it simply mean their teams haven't updated their accounts yet?

@NFRealDiscord @NFcommunityNF So, if an artist has "Verified by Spotify" by their name, that means they are not AI? That is good to know, because I have listened to a band that I like, just to find out they are AI.

@younionyt @nfrealmusic Actually I did, 2 songs were already released from the EP (one from a UFC fight, another from a leak) and I’ve heard them before and they were the best 2. Listen I’m not hating NF is my favorite artist but he’s better than this. Worst project he’s ever released by FAR

Just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s trash and as a big fan of NF I personally think this EP is better than the entire hope album the songs connect with me more and give me a reason is a bumper to ease the pain

@EddiVincent @nfrealmusic Would have been better if it wasn’t previewed as a UFC walkout song over a year ago. He should have used it to build up a better EP… and taken more time to be the better he usually is. He rushed this you can tell but took his time rushed it because of his family man its clear

@NFcommunityNF I think he scrambled the work HAWSE, hawse is where the anchor chains pass through on a boat but metaphorically speaking I think it means he’s either A anchored to his pass or B letting go of the anchor and moving on with life. Which would be a really good album idea.
