ndia mein protein ka hype aisa ho gaya hai— jahan baat khatam hoti hai, wahan protein shuru ho jata hai. 😂 Sambhal ke babu, kahin overload na ho jaye 🤣

@kmr_dilip Vitamin protocols, food intake and micronutrient gaps are now being examined with real precision. People are realising that improving these markers early can change the entire trajectory of their fertility journey.

@kmr_dilip We are also seeing an uptick in couples exploring IVF who come to us for personalised nutrition as part of their fertility journey. DNA insights are helping them understand their baseline nutrient and fertility markers long before they even think about IVF.

I think IVF is set to be a massive business in India. Indira IVF does around 1500 cr revenues. Seeing quite a few new companies in this space pitching to us. Reasons- 1) Rising rates of infertility due to changing lifestyles, delayed marriages, pollution and increased age at pregnancy. 2) Social stigma around infertility is declining, especially in small towns. This has normalised seeking medical fertility solutions. 3) Growing disposable incomes, especially in smaller cities, and the availability of financing has made treatments more accessible. 4) Medical tourism continues to expand due to lower costs and high success rates. India is increasingly recognized for better clinics and skilled fertility experts. When hope becomes accessible, demand is infinite especially for country chasing with growth.

5/6 How to achieve this balance: 1️⃣ Act fast, but keep the big picture in mind. 2️⃣ Manage ambiguity—get info but avoid overthinking. 3️⃣ Pause or sleep on it to gain clarity. 4️⃣ Stay adaptable. Pivot if needed.
