@MassSave I had heatpump installed via Mass Save-approved contractor. The unit recently fell off back of my house for no apparent reason. I would like to get copy of 2024 inspection report from @CMCEnergy. I am not getting reply from 800-989-8132. What is best way to get this?

@MassSave Need to replace a 15 year old front-load washer w/new one. Still working 🤞🏻🤞🏻but repair guy says to replace: new one is on the rebate-eligible list. B/c it isn’t a top loader, are we not eligible for the rebate itself?

@bostonareahuman @MassSave Just had a guy here. I had no idea it is funded by a 10 percent increase in our utility bills. They want me to pay $4,800 for ridiculous changes to our house. What a waste of everyone’s money.

@MassSave been waiting since DECEMBER 23 for a $10k rebate. We were told in February we need a “post-inspection” and it was complete. Now they say we need to wait an additional 20 weeks? @MassAGO @MassGovernor this program sucks. This is criminal.

@MassSave I see no point. I have wasted enough time between phone calls and emails with ignorant and incompetent workers wh can not explain to me how they lost physical documents not once but twice! You rebates are clearly a scam.

@MassSave The MassSave program uses contractors that are poorly trained and managed. I had my home inspected 4X. It hasn’t passed yet. Poor communication and accountability.
