@BullBoss5 It's cool to see how you made it all yourself
You did a great job 👌
English

Had some time to work on my DIY #IceBath, just finished the technical design.
Don’t mind the looks, that’s the next step 😅
🧊 #ColdTherapy is amazing.
It allows me to lift 7 days a week.
When my body starts feeling exhausted after few days of working out, I just take a 5–10 min ice bath in the morning and I’m like new.
✅ No pain, No inflammation, Fresh body
Don’t use it right after your workout, only 1–2 hours before, or it might reduce your gains.

Previously, it looked similar because everything on the silver shelves looked exactly the same.
I just needed a place to store or hang my Stihl equipment and my grinders and other electrical equipment in the other garage.
I only have a photo of the racks before they were assembled on my profile.
The racks have already proven their ease of use 👍
English

@massagereviewer the shelves are the big-changer indeed and do you have any before-photos?
English

@theEnkidude All good things take time 😉
Soon you will be able to enjoy what you have created yourself, the most satisfying feeling there is.
I think you can never go wrong with a sauna heater from Harvia or Huum.
English

@chrisstovell There's something special about taking a cold tub in the rain.
Make it a nice day!
English

Here’s what you need to know about heating up the sauna👇🏻🔥
🔸 Use dry wood
🔸 Be careful - the door is hot!
🔸 Don’t throw the things you need in the fire 🤣🤣
Do you prefer an electric or a wood-burning sauna?🔥 Let me know!

I hope you had a nice day for the rest and that your migraine is over by now.
I also went to the spa for a full day this week and tomorrow I am off to the spa for another day.
I want to see what an effect this is going to have on Social media, the break has been good for a while too, it sometimes seemed I was at maximum reach with posting.
I am curious to see how this year will go if I am going to put a slightly different spin on it than last year.
English

@chrisstovell Same here Christine. It's been a busy couple of weeks here too.
But now I've finally reached the finish line.
Hopefully we'll get some nice weather to enjoy now.
Have a nice day.
English

@sixptsurvival You will get that taken care of, there is no better investment you can present to your accountant 😉
English

You've been working hard lately and soon you'll be able to enjoy the results.
I finished wallpapering the kitchen last week, now I just have to tape and paint.
Then I'll be completely done and can enjoy the summer too.
Thank you, I'll definitely do that. I hope it's less windy today so I can sit outside in the sun on my laptop.
English

@massagereviewer Thank you. The air temperature is quite cool at the moment but set to rise.
It’s finished! Upstairs carpets being fitted from Monday (original maple floors downstairs) then we can start to unpack at last!
I hope you have a good day.
English

@chrisstovell That tree behind your fence makes it look nicely enclosed now that it's so green.
Looks beautiful.
Enjoy your day!
English

@FocusProb No, not at all for normal conversations and algorithms that already indicate that it's coming from both sides.
I don't worry too much, I focus on the nice contacts I already have.
English

@chrisstovell Have a great Tuesday, enjoy the weather 😀
English

@designernils That's a wonderful experience and something you should enjoy every moment of.
Good luck in any case!

Big news!
I have been invited to take part in a panel discussion at the Deutscher Designtag (German Design Day).
There I will be talking about design & inclusion with other participants this Friday.
I want to give them a new perspective on how design can improve everyday life in a different way.
I will show them 3 perspectives:
• The difference between visible and invisible disability.
• A big industry where everyone profits, but not necessarily in good ways.
• Consider design not only as an external solution, but also as an internal one.
Let's see if I can plant a little seed in the minds of the audience.
To be honest,
I'm a little nervous because I have to read from the panelists' lips and make sure I get everything.
But I know it will go well and I will enjoy the discussion.
Thanks to the organizers for considering me as a panelist.
Let's go!

English

@chrisstovell Thank you Christine, I'm glad it's done.
Hopefully the painting will also be finished soon.
Then we can just focus on enjoying the outdoors this summer.
English

@massagereviewer It was left here by the previous owners and it’s so ugly I was going to take it down but the birds adore it, and that’s the most important thing.
Well done on all your hard work in your garden.
Thank you - I am painting skirting board at the moment!
English

Last week was my most inactive week online since last year.
For the past year, I have been online every day.
Now apparently one week a year I have my garden to put in order with hedge clipping and some pruning work.
Since I had started my blog last year in April, this is now a first time I am testing how this goes in combination with getting the garden ready for summer.
I have quite a large 50 acre garden and a second property with a 20 acre pond.
But luckily I can count on my equipment which makes the job quite easier.
Everything is nice and tidy again and now I can enjoy the garden until after the summer.
I am currently already enjoying the garden again with my laptop at hand.
I wish everyone a good time and enjoy the beautiful weather that is coming ☀️
