Yankees are acquiring lefty Ryan Weathers from the Marlins for 4 minor leaguers.

This year felt like many parts of my life were happening at once rather than in separate chapters. I was balancing being a dad, a husband, an athlete, a coach and a business owner at the same time. I trained seriously, traveled more, met a lot of new people and became more rooted in my community, all while staying present for my family and responsible in my work. It was full and demanding but also deeply rewarding. I became more intentional about how I live instead of simply pushing through on momentum. I paid closer attention to my health, my energy, my mood and how I respond to stress not because something was wrong but because I wanted to understand myself better and be more present. That shift helped me operate with more clarity and consistency across everything I was doing. One of the most meaningful experiences was reconnecting with my roots. I traveled to Latvia, my grandmother’s home country, played lacrosse for their national team and helped them qualify for the World Lacrosse Championships. It was more than a sporting achievement. It felt grounding and personal, connecting who I am now with where my family came from. I also learned that life is cumulative. When you consistently show up as your best self physically, emotionally and professionally, the effects build across different areas of life. Training led to competition. Competition led to travel, friendships and a deeper sense of identity. Now it is even shaping future family experiences like a trip to Tokyo in 2027 for the World Championships. None of it was planned that way but each step created the conditions for the next. 2026 is just about stacking all that work from 2025 into more experiences that my family and I get to cherish forever. Happy New Year to everyone and Go Yanks’

Outfielder Rob Refsnyder and the Seattle Mariners are in agreement on a one-year contract. Refsnyder, 34, crushes left-handed pitching and has been a very good platoon player in recent seasons.

The Yankees were not apart of the bidding for Luke Weaver, according to Joel Sherman. #Yankees

"I could've stayed at C9 but I chose not to" 💀

Last year, I was watching the KeSPA Cup and thought, “wow, it would be so cool if we could attend and give our fans something to watch during the offseason.” I decided to chase that dream and started looking into whether it was even viable. Historically, Western teams could never secure an invitation or navigate the logistics, but I wanted to see if we could change that. I wasn’t even sure until last month that we would be able to attend, but thankfully… we are in! I want to thank @kespa for this unique opportunity, @TheeMarkZ for helping facilitate and make this happen, and @TL_Dodo & @TeamLiquidLoL for joining us on such short notice. It's gonna be a good experience for our team as we prep for next year.

Test complete, now test 2: KaL Book Bad

Testing something: KaL bad

@rationalyankee The Yankees could get Bellinger & Tucker if they wanted to. Tucker to left, Belly to CF(1B vs lefties), Judge to right. Dominguez to DH & trade Stanton. U can’t spend 30 mil on Stanton when he can’t run or field. And if this postszn he couldn’t even hit. To much $ for no return
