Take a look at New Yorkers in 1930 after a decade of economic exuberance. There were no gyms, SoulCycles, yoga classes, or running shoes. There were no diets, Ozempic, USDA pyramids or degrees in nutrition science. Yet, look at how lean everyone is. There is no obesity. Makes you wonder about the food and soft drink industrial complex and our government’s oversight of our citizens’ health.

The issue isn’t really when the man is rich To paraphrase Chris rock “if you have 10 million and she takes 5, you still got 5 million dollars. Mackenzie Bezos was the sole income earner in the family for over decade. She worked to provide for her children and husband and built Amazon with him after she finished work and put their kids to bed. She was both the sole breadwinner, the housewife and his business partner. Their success was funded and supported by her, one could argue that she gave him half of what she worked to build. They were both entitled to half of their wealth, no judge would have ever said otherwise and neither did her ex husband.

The rate of Down Syndrome births in Europe is about half of what it would be due to abortion. Many of the parents go on to have a healthy child instead, or maybe two. So you get just as many lives but more health. There are actually people who think this is a bad thing.
