After two years of work, Steph and I have just launched the Creator Economy Caucus in the House of Representatives, a bipartisan group where creators can work alongside lawmakers to ensure legislation is timely and relevant for the Internet age. We've already got ~10 reps on board and we're just getting started. We'll eventually want to assemble creator advocates from around the country, so if you're interested in helping Washington understand our world, stay tuned here for more info!

Thunderbolts is easily my favorite post-Endgame MCU movie. It's not perfect. Pacing is off. Too much crammed in. But it gets right what matters most...the characters and their relationships. Add in creative, well-shot fight scenes with real stakes and you have a winner.

So sad about the loss of Susan Wojcicki. She had the thankless job trying to steer YouTube through some of its toughest years as advertisers bailed, governments regulated, and creators were unhappy about the platform "growing up." Were all the decisions perfect? No. But the fact that YouTube still exists today for creators is a testament to her threading an impossible needle. More importantly though, she was just a good person. There were big moments, sure, like when she had YouTube donate $450,000 to our St. Jude charity marathon, but her true character came out in the smaller moments no one ever saw. For instance, any time we were invited to speak at a Google event, Susan went out of her way to personally make sure we had childcare for our son on site if needed. It was a level of respect and courtesy that went above and beyond. She wasn't the flashiest tech CEO, but she undoubtedly had one of the biggest impacts. Losing her at 56 just shows how precious every day is.
