@waronweakness Robert Mitchum was the original. Never been bettered. Stand out performance. And the film is better than the remake (in my view). Scorsese paid tribute by using the same Herman score

I love Javier Bardem. His character in No Country for Old Men is top 5 villain.
But... I struggle to see a better portrayal of this character than what Robert Deniro did in the original.
