In a major step toward rural development and economic inclusion, over 360,000 A1 farmers in Zimbabwe are set to receive bankable title deeds under President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s Presidential Title Deeds Programme. This initiative grants legal ownership of land to families who have long tilled it, laying the foundation for generational wealth and financial security. But the vision extends far beyond paperwork. The programme pairs land tenure with practical support to build modern, commercially viable farms. Farmers will gain access to solar-powered boreholes, advanced irrigation systems, and Starlink internet—tools that boost productivity and connect remote areas to digital markets. Combined with long-term financing, agronomic training, and guaranteed market access, the package aims to transform subsistence plots into sustainable agribusinesses. Led by businessman Kudakwashe Tagwirei and the Land Tenure Implementation Committee, the effort emphasizes accountability, productivity, and citizen empowerment. By placing irrigation on hundreds of thousands of hectares, the programme also strengthens national food security, creates jobs, and opens doors for rural industrialization. This integrated approach—merging land rights with infrastructure and support—is increasingly seen as a blueprint for inclusive growth. As CAB 3 champions continuity and stability, many Zimbabweans are hopeful that real economic transformation is taking root—field by field, family by family. @edmnangagwa @KMutisi

By Godwin Nkatha VARAKASHI4ED NATIONAL CHAIRMAN One of the remarkable achievements of the Communist Party of China (CPC) government is the culture of honesty, discipline, and integrity that has been instilled among its citizens. This was demonstrated to me personally during my recent visit to China. Yesterday evening, after enjoying a successful dinner meeting with Chinese businessmen at Pearl Market in Hongqiao, I unfortunately forgot my Samsung S25 phone at the market. I was deeply disappointed, believing I had lost not only an expensive device but also valuable information and important contacts stored on the phone. Early this morning, I informed one of my Chinese business partners, who had invited me for dinner, about the unfortunate incident. Confidently, he assured me that as long as the phone had been left somewhere within the market, there was a high possibility it would be recovered because of the honesty of the people. Despite preparing for his journey back home, he immediately assisted in following up on the matter. Around 10:00 AM, I received encouraging news that the phone had indeed been found. With the assistance of one of our coordinators, Yvon, we quickly took a taxi to the market where I was overjoyed to recover my Samsung S25 in perfect working condition. This experience left a lasting impression on me about the values upheld by Chinese society. It clearly reflects the strong moral foundation, discipline, and integrity that continue to define the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC government. Indeed, the Chinese people remain great friends, and I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who assisted in tracking and safely keeping my phone until it was returned. #China #Beijing

BEITBRIDGE  As part of the Second Republic’s 46th Independence Legacy Projects, Beitbridge is receiving nine new science laboratories—part of 41 allocated to Matabeleland South. The beneficiary schools are Siyoka, Malala, Malungudzi, Swereki, Matshiloni, Nuli High, Malikuwa, Chamnanga, and Cituripasi Secondaries. Historically, learners in the province gravitated toward arts subjects due to a lack of labs. The government is now determined to deliver quality science education to rural children, recognising that economies are built by innovative young minds. Construction progress varies:  •Siyoka (roofing complete),  •Malala (roofing, awaiting purlins),  Malungudzi (roofing), • Swereki (exterior plastered, awaiting roofing), •Matshiloni (interior plastered), • Nuli (plastering done, awaiting roofing), •Malikuwa (interior plastering), • Chamnanga (roofing started), • Cituripasi (sand preparation).  No place is unreachable under Vision 2030.

H.E. President @edmnangagwa presides over the ZANU PF Youth League National Assembly held under the theme, “#CAB3: An Empowered Youth, A Stronger Nation.” Addressing delegates, the President challenged youth leaders to reflect on both past and present experiences in order to enhance productivity and meaningful engagement. Referring to the achievements of the 21 February National Youth Day commemorations, he commended the institutionalisation of discipline and national consciousness training programmes aimed at empowering young people as participants and modernisers of the economy. “The future is yours, the past is ours,” he said. President Mnangagwa applauded the youth for their unwavering support of Party programmes and humorously remarked that their discipline had left him with little corrective work to do. He cited the Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo Training Centre as an example of decentralising training opportunities and bringing empowerment initiatives closer to communities. The President stressed that the future envisioned under the Second Republic requires meticulous thinkers and effective implementers, qualities he described as part of ZANU PF’s DNA. He urged young people to actively participate in all sectors of the economy, describing them as inheritors of the Fourth Chimurenga, and encouraged partnerships with institutions such as ZimTrade to broaden international economic engagement. He further directed Youth League national executives to begin reporting on economic contributions, including support towards Party programmes and tax contributions, emphasising that the nation has a right to know the role being played by ZANU PF youths in national development. The President warned against turning the party into “a club of mere talkers,” insisting on productivity and tangible results. He said investing in disciplined and productive youths remains a key priority of the Party. He encouraged young people to cultivate a culture of service, embrace new technologies and contribute towards diversifying Zimbabwe’s economy in line with the country’s development vision. Emphasising the importance of unity, discipline and loyalty to party principles, the President condemned individualism and actions that weaken the revolutionary movement. He urged the youth to remain vigilant against elements sowing division and discontent, adding that those who stray unknowingly should be educated, while deliberate misconduct must be disciplined. Concluding his address, the President called on the youth to integrate positively within communities and continue driving Zimbabwe’s modernisation agenda towards achieving a higher standard of living for all citizens.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa believes in bringing different generations together. Under his leadership, people from various age groups have been given roles in government and policy making. I noticed the appointment of the new Auditor General, Vimbai Kandenge Chikwenhere, who is an experienced chartered accountant. I wish her all the best as she starts this new job.
