@declanoscanlon So is it your opinion that laymen should provide the guidance since I haven’t seen any guidance from the CDC or the NJDOH that echoes your opinion?

@MatawanAberdeen The guidelines haven’t been updated substantially since they were issued.We now know community spread levels aren’t an indication that schools should close. Also, plenty of evidence that 3’ separation isn’t a problem. These things are closing-or keeping schools closed -right now.

Seems I’ve overestimated your intelligence. Here’s the difference..quality of experience/level of communication delivered by our committee doesn’t suffer done remotely.Quality of kids learning is devastated by it. Good/smart teachers know this&it’s the first thing on their minds.

@declanoscanlon What, specifically, from the DOH is a mess? Please cite any scientific evidence that supports your case.

@MatawanAberdeen I’m not scapegoating teachers. All good ones aching to get back in classroom. The DOH guidelines are an outdated mess. And somehow..many school districts complying..and back pretty much full time. So let’s not dance around this..those still out torturing a way to justify.
