Unfortunately this decision by President Mnangagwa is unconstitutional. He has no such powers. Section 237(3) of the Constitutions says “The procedure for the removal of judges from office applies to the removal from office of a member of an Independent Commission”. This is just another brazen illegality. @zhrc365 @ZLHRLawyers
