What this means for you: The stamina game has changed. Training your brain for 30min bursts vs 1hr is now the core goal. When doing timed sets of Uworld/Amboss etc - set it to 20q/30min to emulate exam conditions. Continue to use all other materials as planned.

3. Avoid Sounding Generic Remember, there are hundreds of students vying for these limited spots. Don't say "I like research" or "I like community settings" Mention a specific faculty member’s work or a unique clinical track they offer. Show them you’ve done your homework.
