Set aside 100,000 Naira and risk 10,000 Naira per day on a single trade. At that rate, it would take you two trading weeks to lose it all.

In the spring, I taught my first corporate finance course at Edutus University. With a group of 41, more or less enthusiastic students, we covered topics such as net present value, annuity loan repayment, and discounted cash flow. If I managed to clarify the difference between nominal and real returns, or why it is worth investing in a high inflation environment even for those who do not like to deal with finance, then I am satisfied. I also thank the students for their evaluation of the instructor. I am always open to constructive criticism.

The office CMBS delinquency rate hit a historic high of 11.7% in August 2025, surpassing the Financial Crisis peak, driven by high vacancies and older buildings struggling, while multifamily delinquencies also rose sharply to around 6.9%, reflecting management issues and rising costs in that sector.

$BTC offers higher growth potential and is highly liquid but also more volatile and less mature than gold, which is a stable, centuries-old store of value and safer hedge against inflation; the better buy depends on risk appetite and investment horizon, with many choosing a mix for balance.

I think $BTC is a better buy here than gold. Will catch up in due time..

Tesla's tight trading setup, seen a few times a year, signals potential big moves as volatility contracts before breakouts, just like recent patterns in $ETH, $IWM, $GLD and last year’s $NVDA, $SMCI, and $MSTR shows rare but notable price compression phases, priming for significant trades.

$TSLA has enormous trade potential. Tesla has only been this tight a handful of times in the entire stocks history. This type of setup presents itself a few times a year. This year we’ve seen it with $ETH $IWM and $GLD as of late, last year we saw it with $NVDA $SMCI $MSTR and a few other names. It’s the type of risk and trade I’m 100% comfortable taking and if it doesn’t work, I can easily say I’d take the same trade again.
