I wonder then why restaurants/takeaways open 6pm-2am. We have a 15 hour fast here (apart from a slice of toast)

Was told 'regular: people usually only have meals up to roughly 5om and not much after.

For u new followers ask the trust rhis. Apart from melted cheese and occasional baked beans what on the menu at the mater provides protein
