Digital AI is rapidly commoditising intelligence, and it will not be long before embodied AI and robotics begin doing the same to physical capabilities.   Double down on your humanity, the last frontier.

Someone is praying very hard right now to achieve exactly what you have—something you might consider insignificant. CountYourBlessings

Like gym weights, personal problems serve a dual purpose: they test your inner strength while also helping you build resilience 💪.

The main cause for all the harm we have done is our ignorance of the law of actions and their effects. Not realizing that suffering will be the sole result of our actions, we ignorantly continue our non-virtuous behavior .

How to make yourself strong from within. Calm your mind, then generate a feeling of love towards someone who irritates you. If you find it hard, start with someone you care about most, gradually switch to a neutral person, then try the one who irks you.

Align yourself with the goodness in all. In the heart of hearts of even the most evil person, there is indestructible goodness—the Buddha seed. By cultivating a universal positive attitude toward all, we unite with that innate greatness in everyone. “May everyone be happy.”

“When I search with my wisdom eye, All the things that I normally see disappear And only their mere name remains. With this mere name I simply accept everything for the purpose of communicating with others.” This is the essence of REALITY, also known as UltimateTRUTH.

Bliss is the experience of a loving mind. It is a deeper level of happiness that arises from within, independent of external achievements or conditions. Anyone can cultivate a loving attitude; thus true happiness is accessible to all. #TheScienceOfHappiness

The real barrier to a top education is discipline.

Stanford just made a $200,000 AI degree free. No application. No tuition. No “elite access”. Stanford released its actual AI/ML curriculum on YouTube. Not a PR-friendly intro. Not “AI for the public”. This is the real thing. The same lectures shaping people working on frontier models. What just became public: Deep Learning (CS230) → youtube.com/playlist?list=… Transformers & LLMs (CME295) → youtube.com/playlist?list=… Language Models from Scratch (CS336) → youtube.com/playlist?list=… ML from Human Feedback (CS329H) → youtube.com/playlist?list=… Computer Vision (CS231N) → youtube.com/playlist?list=… LLM Evaluation & Scaling → youtube.com/playlist?list=… The uncomfortable truth: The degree isn’t the scarce asset anymore. Execution speed is. Top schools know this. That’s why they’re publishing the playbook. 👉 Bookmark this. Comment the first lecture you’ll actually watch.

"The future will split Homo sapiens into the pleasure-seekers and the truth-seekers..." Thanks to the hyper-acceleration of AI, the future James Campbell speaks of in this quote is no longer distant—it is here.   Choose wisely 🙂

Define what success means to you. A successful business executive from Johannesburg was visiting a small fishing village along the Cape coast. One afternoon, he noticed a local fisherman relaxing by his boat, watching the waves. Curious, the executive approached him. "Good afternoon," he greeted. "Why aren't you out fishing?" The fisherman smiled and replied, "I’ve already caught enough fish for my family's needs today." The executive, puzzled, asked, "Then why not catch more? You could earn extra money." The fisherman looked thoughtful and asked, "And then what would I do?" The businessman enthusiastically explained, "You could invest in bigger boats, hire people, and expand your fishing operation. Eventually, you'd own a large fleet. You could relocate to Cape Town, Johannesburg, or even overseas to run a thriving business." The fisherman gently nodded, asking, "How long would this take?" "Probably 15 to 20 years," said the executive. "And after that?" asked the fisherman. "That's when you'd retire!" exclaimed the executive. "You could move to a beautiful coastal village, fish a little for pleasure, spend quality time with your family, enjoy relaxing afternoons by the ocean, and evenings with your friends." The fisherman, smiling warmly, looked out to sea and softly replied, "But isn't that exactly what I’m already doing?" The executive stood silent, realizing the wisdom in the fisherman's simple contentment.

Looking vs Seeing Two people look at the same thing, one sees an opportunity for growth and development while the other only perceive an unfixable mess. See with wisdom, motivated by love and compassion—that is the path to endless happiness. #TheScienceOfHappiness

If you are fortunate enough not to worry about basic needs like food and shelter, channel that extra time and energy into creating a brighter future for yourself. One of the most effective ways to do this is by genuinely helping others around you to succeed.

If you view the world with wisdom eyes, you'll see nothing as ordinary. Indeed, maintaining this profound perspective constantly is challenging, but even brief moments of it can lead to a profound sense of joy. Achieving this deeper insight requires practice. With ongoing effort, it can become your primary way of seeing, bringing about unparalleled peace and happiness. #TheScienceOfHappiness
