All Indians are my brothers and sisters. This is what we were taught in school. So you respect your mother's belief but you don't respect your Brothers and sisters belief. I wonder which branch in Atheism teaches you this hypocrisy.
Prakash Raj@prakashraaj

Yes. I don’t believe in god .. but my mother believed in her god . Who am i to deny her .. the right to be buried according to her belief. This is the basic respect we give one another. Will you Hate mongering monsters understand this #justasking

@Ashwin12012 @AtittaKarikala1 Most of the religious works in Tamil happened after the bhakti moment.. even though many are against Bramanism.. Living in Tamil land still speaking for Sanskrit says about your Bramanism ideology.. Sanskrit came and settled here.. it doesn't make it belong here..

We always did. Thamizh Thatha is literally a Brahmin. And he wasn't a Dravidianist at all. Even back in 1600s we have people like Oothukaadu Venkata Subbaiyar whose Alai Payuthey is still popular now. Me being a Tamil Brahmin brought up outside TN for 3 generations, I still know to read and write Tamil because that is how much we respect our mother tongue. My father taught it to me separately apart from school. At my home, both Tamil and Sanskrit are extremely revered languages. Anyway, I am not here to justify our love for Tamil in front of haters like you

@Ashwin12012 @AtittaKarikala1 And Thirukural talks about Equality!.. that doesn't suit Vedic religion.. and in AimPerum kapiyams.. u can find Buddhism and Jainism.. so what.. outside religion is outside.. conversion doesn't make it our culture

@Ashwin12012 @AtittaKarikala1 Have you checked the Thirukural Urai or any other Sangam literatures urai written by different authors??among them Bramins always try to put themselves inside.. they always try to find a place to insert their religious beliefs inside.

@MathanSakthive1 @AtittaKarikala1 Brahmins have contributed the most to Tamil also. Anyway language isn't the only aspect of culture. Because of this mentality, in a 100 years, no aspect of Tamil culture will survive except for the language.

Thevarams are recited too. Sanskrit isn't a random language, it's been there in the South for more than 2000 years, and had a part in shaping early Tamil society too. Sanskrit influence started even before Tamil split from Proto-South-Dravidian. Even kandha shashti kavacham is 3 Sanskrit words. Will you stop reciting it? And you don't ask the same questions to Muslims, don't you? They pray in a completely foreign language. And their language has no link to Tamil civilisation.

@MathanSakthive1 @AtittaKarikala1 There was no official conversion of kings into the Vedic fold. The Arya culture and Dravida culture integrated to form what is Hinduism now, across India.

@Ashwin12012 @AtittaKarikala1 I'm saying again. our kings conversation won't make it our culture. Hinduism preserves what? 😅 Sanskrit is the language in Hinduism. In which way preserves Tamil? Again. Hinduism is a foreign religion like Islam and Christianity. Dot.. actually Tamils never aware of Veda.bla bla

But all Tamil kings embraced Hinduism only. Hinduism only preserves local culture. Once you convert to Islam or Christianity, your culture is gone. There is hardly Tamil influence on Sanskrit. There is only Dravidian influence on Sanskrit. When the Vedas were composed, Tamil did not exist.

Crimes against SC communities have increased in Tamil Nadu. The DMK and its leaders are openly anti-Hindu.
