As an East Asian female Boro fan, I’ve simply been sharing my views and discussing the situation itself. Yet instead of responding with actual arguments, some Southampton fans have filled my replies and DMs with racist, sexist, and deeply abusive messages. When people immediately jump to attacking someone’s nationality and gender rather than addressing the point being made, it says everything about their level of character and nothing about mine.
