Congress cannot give itself authority not outlined in the U.S. Constitution, unless by amendment. The 14th allowed for Congress to determine jurisdiction, over that of the State Department and individual States. Jurisdiction is the real anchor for Citizenship, it always was.

The reason birthright citizenship was not carefully studied before now is because Biden mass-imported 20 million illegals. The Supreme Court justices know this. Will they have the courage to follow the law? Or will they play their cowardly games?

A huge strategic defeat for the US empire is in the making. In which they are cleared out of West Asia entirely, their former cash cows in the Gulf turning to Russia and China to mediate their future relations with an angry and victorious Iran. In which the Gulf countries pay Iran in reparations rather than Trump for the costs of his lost war. In which those Gulf states which remain are (at least) “finlandised” viz the new emerging world order. In which Iran enjoys a splendour in the esteem of the Global South and Eurasia not enjoyed for centuries.

@TJK_respector @gummibear737 The best example is 1898—the Spanish-American War. We told the Old World “Monroe Doctrine,” sank the Spanish fleet, and liberated the Philippines, holding it just long enough to prevent a power vacuum. Today, that equation requires oil.

@TJK_respector @gummibear737 So now the globalist are playing a dangerous game of preventing us from uses our own bases, and they have done this before over tariffs. We can't patrol the North Atlantic without northern Submarine bases in the UK. They all but ensured that Greenland will happen now.

@TJK_respector @gummibear737 So, you might think this is crazy that the entire game of thrones is lined up over Tehran, but it's just the way it is. And when the IRGC collapses, and they will, for we've already won the war, I'd expect the following: Not a Dark Age, but a Golden Age of Self-Determination.

@TJK_respector @gummibear737 This attempt to remove Israel by the world is pretty old, and goes all the way back to the time of Kissinger, and because of oil, people picked the wrong sides. Nixon didn't, but that cost him. The entire Watergate timeline lines up exactly over concerns of OPEC embargos.

@TJK_respector @gummibear737 We were never for regime change, because the risk was too high, but the calculus changed. So far we have regime changed the IRGC twice, and the Mullahs are no longer in charge. The IRGC are in hiding. A few more military targets left, and the people can retake their country.

@TJK_respector @gummibear737 Who says it's closed? IRGC doesn't have the ability to do that, they control nothing atm. It's highly dangerous though, and captains don't want to risk it without a heavy U.S. presence, and we don't want to supply it. We have a mission to execute instead.

I think a lot of folks don't realize how valuable America's alliance system has been to America. Trump has spent his 2nd term trashing it. Countries relied on us, and so were willing to do us favors. All of that is disappearing in the flames of Trump's ignorance and ego.
