@RacingMikey96 Although I'd guess it's probably just a bastard of a horse to rely on. Third season now and chucked in two stinkers when fancied first season, and a really bad run last year out of nowhere. Will probably improve at some stage

Away from this, one of my favourite childhood memories was going to Maiden Castle, Durham, and watching this team train. Keegan was incredible, just opened the gates and let everyone mingle. Will never forget Tino Asprilla breaking my heart by refusing a photo

@DorkingPeter @ThruxBets People abuse gambling due to their own problems, betting on horses isn't harmful or we'd all be raging addicts spending our last chasing. People who use gambling like that are the same as drug addicts, alcoholics , binge eaters etc

@ScoopsRacing My main point really was, even with a ridiculously good SR of 35% on 5-1 shots, you will have 65 losers for every 100. You cant control the order those 65 appear in, so it's not an issue.
Unless your SR falls below the required and it's obvious you've lost your edge

@ScoopsRacing Speaking purely about Daryl, he's profitable. I don't think his results at always being overnight are achievable, but he's a profitable tipster. It's definitely variance, though of course you can never guarantee future profit

@Mathewforthh I suppose we'll know if it's just variance in a few months.
I'm not sure how many horses he backs a week but at one 4/1 shot a day over the course of a year I think you've about 10% chance of 30 losses in a row

@DorkingPeter @ThruxBets Interested to hear why you think I should do that? Betting is a massive hobby of mine, especially after my personal circumstances changed, and I make it pay. Why would I stop?
