Our paper is out today! In this work we utilized multidisciplinary techniques ranging from FACS, scRNA-seq, logical model and small scale assay to show that calcium signaling is impaired in PTEN-def T-ALL. Putting a new piece of jigsaw to the oncogenic landscape puzzle.
