going through all the feedback - here is what Ive gathered thats productive to share with the team. - Price of packs are too expensive and need to leave more room for profit and trading for the users - Supply needs to continue to be reduced or limited - needs to be easier to buy moments in bulk and complete sets, takes for ever to buy one moment at a time. - comms needs to be centralized and clear on website, and twitter, app notifications would be great as well - easier displaying and organization of moments - increased marketing to trad sports card collectors - communication on the permanence of the moments and the IP - the comms around the WNBA post is problem that has arisen time and again where the goal posts move after they have been set, this cant happen if purchasing decisions are made based on the original information. - what happened to the burn boards? - many of the missing features from OTM hurts collectability - exit beta - rewarding people that havent been on the platform in years just because they bought a lot early is a problem, we need to figure out new ways to reward active participants - lottery buybacks are being overdone, and are making it not fun to buy packs... not sure i know the solution here because there is mixed feedback on buybacks - better marketing and user acquisition will be the solution to most of our problems Hope the @NBATopShot takes notice and can comment on some of this.

I'd like to understand specific complaints about @NBATopShot - I want to synthesize them and relay them to the team in an effective manner. I'd also love to hear peoples thoughts on whats working and whats best about the product. Which recent improvements have made the most positive impact. Lastly, what do you want to see most added to the platform. Hopefully this can be a valuable and productive thread. Eager to hear thoughts.

A note on the Voyages bans that we processed over the last few days. This week OpenSea restricted more than 130,000 unique wallets from our rewards program. Our team has said from launch that Voyages are designed to be completed on a single set of connected (EVM/SOL/AGW) wallets. We've provided many reminders of this, including a notification during onboarding & a large banner that appeared at the top of our program for weeks. Our goal has always been to reward real users; not bots/sybil or those trying to abuse the system. We've had a number of people publicly post or reach out saying something along the lines of "I have no idea why this happened." Three of these reached out to me personally and I looked into their accounts. One had 108 wallets. Another had 28 wallets. Another had 282 wallets. I get it; no one likes to get caught or punished. But it's important to note that just because someone is publicly complaining doesn't mean they're innocent. All of this is being done to protect our real users; to ensure that the value we deliver isn't diluted by people trying to take advantage of the spirit of Voyages - which is about exploration and discovery ⛵️
