Rouf Ahmed Bhat, an independent candidate in the recent Assembly elections joined JKPC along with his supporters. The joining took place in presence of JKPC President @sajadlone. The Nasha Mukth Abhiyan is such an important step. My thanks to the Honourable @manojsinha_ Ji. I have been a social welfare minister in the past. And it was scary. I remember, the scourge of drugs was dangerously creeping in and we as government were totally unprepared. There is so much that needs to be done. The menace of drugs has emerged as the most vicious threat to our society. We as a society have to acknowledge that the monster of drugs staring at our faces is real. And that we have to collectively wage a war against it.

🚨 BIG SHAME ON BCCI 🚨 This is a very sad matter for Indian cricket. Today, after defeating Bengal cricket team, Jammu and Kashmir cricket team have reached the final of the Ranji Trophy. But for the players of Jammu and Kashmir in that match, there was no team bus or any private vehicle. They were literally returning to the team hotel by auto rickshaws, paying from their own pockets. From Aqib Nabi to the rest of the players some were paying through their phones, some in cash everyone was paying individually and going back. This is truly a shameful matter. We believe every Ranji Trophy team should have a dedicated bus. #ranjitrophy2026 #BCCI
