Using data from over 35,000 people, the research shows how looking beyond total scores can reveal important differences in mental health experiences. Great overview by @tomgoom 👏 Exercise is still our best tool. The challenge in physio isn’t prescribing it, it’s helping people stick with it by tackling the real barriers to adherence. That’s exactly what my upcoming PhD focus on.
