We set up a peaceful debate about mass deportation, no shouting, no aggression, just open discussion, and were met with crowds blocking cameras, chanting over us, and throwing around the usual labels like “racist” and “fascist” instead of engaging with a single argument. This is the reality of too many campuses in 2026, where students would rather shut down conversation than take part in it. Despite that, we still had genuine, thoughtful discussions with people willing to listen and speak openly before the mob turned up.
