I have been highly critical of OSU over the last few years (and rightfully so), but this — on paper — is a HOME RUN HIRE. I could not be more excited for the Eric Morris era to begin and I’m extremely bullish on the future of OSU football. Great work from OSU here. GFP.

If Zac Robinson did not go to Oklahoma State, and you are looking at his resume without the orange tinted glasses — are you that fired up to hire him? My guess is no. There are plenty of other highly qualified coaches this cycle (albeit we are behind FL, Penn St, and LSU).

I’m going to choose to stay positive. After the week that OSU, as a whole, had this week, there are a lot of good things to take from this game. We have all been critical of the administration/football team, me included, but we have turned a new page. Let’s embrace positivity.

You know who would be a great hire in my opinion? The current Memphis Head Coach, Ryan Silverfield. He went 10-3 the last 2 years and seems to be the type of coach I hope OSU would hire. Keep your eye on him.

I hate that it had to end this way, but THANK YOU, Mike Gundy. Oklahoma State football wouldn’t be where it has gotten to without Mike. As an alum, I want to extend my sincerest gratitude for everything he did for the school and program. Ended poorly, but build the statue.
