2A 130 Heartbreaker for Lewis Central's Avaeh Smith. She was the aggressor throughout, but a locked hands call is the difference. She loses to Waterloo West's Daniesha Watson 2-1. That did not look like a good call & it robs Smith of a chance to repeat. Inexcusable.
