@MattBDavis @marcmaron @WTFpod Tough to believe you guys are friends. Neither of you seems to like the other. One of the only things related to Boston comedy I had to tap out on. Did you ever open for Tony V? He’s one of my favorites that wasn’t mentioned.

@DanKelley66 @marcmaron @WTFpod Yes. Tony V was and I assume still is ubiquitous in Boston Comedy. Was always hilarious and kind to me. Always happy when I see him pop up and shows and movies. I ran into him a few years ago in Atlanta and thanked him for always being such a solid dude.

@PentUnited In addition, they are not all 50 meters. Many have been longer. And yes, PFD are mandatory.

@PentUnited Spartan has had swims at events in 2011. However, The Swim obstacle is not at every event. One of the things we love about OCR is that each course is different. It's unfortunate that this event has controversy. The community all wishes Spartan Race was better with rules.

So it seems that Spartan is adding a swim element to their races. Set up is like biathle/triathle. Athletes have to wear life jackets to swim 50m.
