@TashMisbah and @MattBreckons spent time in Ghana visiting sites in Accra and Sogakope. On Monday, Tash visited Korle Bu Teaching Hospital to meet @albert_akpalu and his team. On Tuesday, Tash and Matt visited the Richard Novati Catholic Hospital team led by @Momodoucham2.

🐟 So today I found a goldfish just on the grass in my back garden. It was alive, I think, and have absolutely no idea where it came from. There’s no ponds anywhere near. So I took it inside….

Dear diary; 10:45am ate lunch that I prepared to save money and eat healthily. Probably go to the canteen and eat another lunch around 1pm. 57 years old and still losing at life. Not long to Saturday folks.

@DonnaWakefield_ Absolutely - I dislike how 'U-Turn' is often used to imply weakness and a loss of all integrity.

@DonnaWakefield_ Did you ever try the various flavours they brought out over the years back in their heyday - I can still taste the lemon one 🤢

@emreadsthebooks @DonnaWakefield_ Amazing I couldn't wait for them to fully defrost. There used to be a shop in York near the uni called the 'Sarah Lee Thrift Store' - I'm not sure whether they sold discounted items. I'm using the pomodoro timer today and I must not check to see whether the cakes still exist.

@DonnaWakefield_ They were a Christmas staple!

@DonnaWakefield_ I remember the advert - isn't that how it was advertised, the family were fighting over the last piece! Personally I always felt like it was a one person serving and should probably be packaged on a stick for ease-of-eating :)

@SeabrookCrisps Crisps don't last long enough in my house to require preservation. But more importantly - can we talk about the fire eater crisps... they were amazing!

@MattBreckons We also think the old style bags looked great - but the new ones keep the crisps fresher for longer.
