@aaron_challoner That last part of that is the crux of the problem though isn’t it. Whoever it could be they would need to be well backed. I think at this point in the season experience is key however, for #rufc can’t take chances in the position they find themselves

Doncaster Rovers fan in peace here: From an experience perspective, someone like Nigel Pearson with knowledge of how to survive wouldn't be ruled out. Darren Ferguson would be realistic too. If the club wants to build a successful project with a young head coach or manager that could do something with the club, you are talking names like Ryan Mason or Alan Sheehan. Pete Wild could do well if he is well backed.
